We want to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Here you will find answers to the most common questions – from check-in and parking to breakfast and WiFi.

City Hotel Nattergalen offers 20 smaller parking spaces in the center of Odense in our private parking yard behind the hotel - only for hotel guests.
Upon arrival at City Hotel Nattergalen, please go to the reception, which will provide you with a code that must be entered to gain access to the hotel's parking lot.
Price per night DKK 75,-
Parking in the Hotel's locked parking lot is reserved for passenger cars and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that our parking is limited.
There is free bus parking and large public parking spaces right opposite the hotel.      

City Hotel Nattergalen offers free wireless Internet access throughout the hotel.

The system can be used in all common areas and in all hotel rooms.

Start your day with our delicious continental breakfast – freshly baked bread, cold cuts, yogurt, fruit, juice and much more. We serve breakfast: • Weekdays: 6:30 – 10:00 • Weekends and holidays: 7:00 – 10:30 So whether you're an early riser or a leisurely morning, breakfast is ready for you
You can check in from 2:00 PM. If you wish to check in earlier, it is possible from 11:30 AM for a fee of DKK 100. Check-out must be done no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you need a little extra time, you can keep the room until 1:00 PM for a fee of DKK 100.
Yes, you can. Just tell us what you want and we will do our best to fulfill it — all subject to availability, of course.
Yes, we do — and we've even decorated it in true fairytale-like Hans Christian Andersen style. Please note, however, that unfortunately there is no elevator to our apartments, which are located right on the pedestrian street.
We don't have traditional room service, but if you hang the sign on the door in the morning, we'll come by and freshen up your room during the day. If you fancy a drink or some snacks, you can always stop by the bar by the reception - we have a good selection ready for you.
Smoking in the rooms will hardly come as a surprise — of course you're not allowed to. However, there is room for a cigarette on our lovely roof terrace, and in the backyard you will also find tables and chairs where smoking is permitted.
Children under 3 years old stay for free with us. If you need a cot, we will be happy to put one in the room before your arrival – it only costs a small fee of DKK 150. We do our best to ensure that the whole family has a comfortable stay!
Yes, we are happy to do that! If you would like to book more than 5 rooms, we are happy to help put together a solution that suits your needs. Please note that for group bookings of more than 5 rooms, the cancellation deadline is 30 days before arrival without charge.
Yes, of course – you are always welcome to leave your luggage with us both before check-in and after check-out. We are also happy to offer you a cup of coffee while you wait – so you can relax before you move on or your room is ready.
